James Moffat Allan (2 April 1932 – 15 April 2005) was a Scottish first-class cricketer. He was an allrounder who bowled slow left-arm orthodox and was a right-handed batsman. He played 39 first-class matches for Scotland between 1954 and 1972. ==Career highlights== * Made his first-class debut playing for Oxford University and took figures of 7-7-0-1.
